Results depend on numerous factors outside our control, including market conditions, competition, advertising budget, and client responsiveness.

4. User & Client Responsibilities

5. Payments & Fees

• Service fees will be agreed upon in writing prior to engagement

• Advertising budgets are separate from management fees

• Fees are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed in writing

• Late or failed payments may result in suspension or termination of services

6. SMS Communications Policy

By submitting your phone number through our website, forms, advertisements, or landing pages, you consent to receive SMS communications from Genavise Marketing L.L.C. and, where applicable, from our clients in response to your inquiry.

• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

• Business interruption

• Advertising account suspensions

• Platform-related losses

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid to us within the thirty (30) days preceding the claim.

Either party may terminate services with written notice in accordance with any signed agreement.

We reserve the right to immediately terminate services for:

• Non-payment

• Violation of these Terms

• Fraudulent or unlawful activity
